Return & Exchange Policy: Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Order preparation delays: Your order will be prepared within 72 hours of your order confirmation.

Shipping costs: Shipping rates are available at checkout and are based on weight and delivery location.

International shipping: For the time being we only ship in Canada.

Faulty Items: If your order is defective, faulty or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at inspiredbysouvenir@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the faulty product. Replacement and refunds will be issued at our sole discretion upon evaluation of the case.
